Hi Ju.c

I have uninstalled the Toshiba Bluetooth stack and have tried to reinstall
without success. The driver will not install due to me not being able to
switch the bluetooth on. I have tried the switch on the front of the laptop
and also tried the Fn + F2 buttons. Don't know what else to try. Have you
experienced the same problems and how did you get it working again?

Your Laptop manufacturer told you to restore your system
when you asked how to activate Bluetooth? Tell us who these
morons are!

This is the startup string for my Bluetooth:
"C:\Program Files\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\TosBtMng.exe"

Please be more specific, how are you starting it. What happens?

I have been advised by my Laptop manufacturer that I should use the
Windows XP recovery CD to reinstall the operating system. Could anyone
please tell me if this is a straight forward process and any difficulties
that I may incur. The problem is getting the Bluetooth to operate.
