You're wrong, whomever it is isn't forging you, s/h/it is frogging you.

A forgery consists of someone using exactly the same email address as the
target. The email address you use is:

spam999free@xxxxxxxxx*

The address the frogger is using is:

spam9999free@xxxxxxxxx*

In other words, the address you use has three 9's, the frogger is using
four 9's. It is possible for someone other than you to have and use the
address with four 9's, so that isn't a forgery. Not of you anyways.

If the email address you're using isn't a valid one then forgery is a
mute point anyways, one can't forge an address that isn't real.

If your complaint is that using the nym 'Leythos' is forgery, again
you're incorrect. Nyms can't be forged. That doesn't make using a nym
already in use isn't jerkish behaviour, it just means that it isn't what
you may think it is.

You are correct that froggery is the act of a coward/idiot, but it isn't
usually considered to be actionable, not by a clueful Usenet Admin.

Rather than irritate everyone yourself by posting over and over the same
complaint (if you did that on regular Usenet you'd be in violation of the
Breidelbart Index - the Usenet spam threshold measure) what you need to
do is kill-file that froggery address so you don't see those posts, as
should anyone else who wishes to not see them.

As it is now, you're doing exactly what the frogger wants you to do by
dancing every time one of those froggeries is posted.

You should avoid following any advice from impersonation based posts.
