Do you have to have a licence for Real Player ? - thought it was free
..

Thank you, Bill. I didn't mess with it, though. All I did was open.
RealPlayer a couple times to look for an update. This last time is when it
wanted me to accept a license.

If I were you, I'd forget what Secunia said about it and use System
Restore to roll back to 2 or 3 days ago (to a restore point just before
you messed with this)
I'm still using (and prefer) an older version of Real Player, version 8,
for the rare occasions when it is useful or needed (which is not too often
now, since WMP seems to won over; but you never know - it's nice to have
around, if needed)

Not a good idea (IMHO), per above. I'd suggest: forget the scare
tactics.
However, when I tried to do so in Add/Remove Programs, I got the error
message "Uninstaller component missing." I then tried to open the program
to
see if I could find some way of uninstalling it. A couple days ago, I had
opened the program without a problem. Tonight, however, I got an end-user
license agreement that I was to accept before I could install the
program.
But the program and a multitude of its folders and files already exist on
my
computer. What should I do to get rid of it?
Thank you!
