Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Unfortunately neither article mentions "Remote Packet Capture Daemon". I'm
no expert. So I didn't wade through all that. Or maybe thats a sign of
extreme laziness. :)
