and re try the windows
feature directly via the
laptop.

I realize this is probably not the place for my question, but perhaps someone can steer me to the correct place? It has to do with Window Media Player having only sound, not video, when my laptop is in the docking station. There IS video when it's out of the docking station. The laptop and docking station are well past the warranty period when I could get such help without a fee.
