Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I can run FSQUIRT.EXE and get the wizard. In the wizard I can get
information about Bluetooth. I can't access Bluetooth devices in Control
Panel because as far as I can tell it isn't there so how do I get it in
there?

I am trying to learn how to use Bluetooth, however I am not finding
anything about it in my PC, which is Windows XP 2. I did a Google search
and in Start/Run/Devmgmt.msc/ok, I find no Bluetooth .....so what is it
under...where do I find it?
