When I go to all programs, and I click on windows search it still does not
turn on. I am unable to search in my email or any other application. An
error comes up indicating me to go to all programs and click on windows
search to turn on. Any suggestions? Thank you.
1. What happened when you followed this instruction?
2. The error message may refer to one of the WinXP
"Services," which have their own menu (of approx. 100
items, each with on/off switches.)
3. But within email browsers like Outlook Express, the
menu item / Edit / Find / Message
ought not to call any OS Service, i.e. ought to work by itself.
