Hello!!
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs has 37
folders..Can this be a reason my computer is so slow?..Usually takes
between 15 to 20 mins to settle down and it still takes a while to
browse at all.. The box asking to send error report to MS comes up
alot....Nick

No, the number of folders is not why you find it slow.

Much more relevant is the system specs and what is being loaded.

What you are describing is that software is crashing. Paying attention to
the details of the error report and msconfig will help a lot.
