Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Sorry for the post. Apparently, hosts_secure was hanging either because I had
both a hosts & nohosts file or because Zone Alarm prevented hosts_secure from
accessing the internet. I am now able to update hosts_secure.
