System Configeration Utlilty

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi

My computers are slow and I have tons of entries in the System Configuration
Utility . How can I find which ones are needed and which ones I can get rid
of

I did screen captures of them.. There are so many..
