I recently had to do a complete system restore...
=> Pick one:
1. You used Start | (All) Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore in hopes of correcting a problem;
2. You did a Repair Install; or
3. You used the hidden Recovery partition or the CD that came with the machine to reinstall Windows.
=> Right click on My Computer | Properties | What Windows version is displayed here?

I recently had to do a complete system restore. I am now trying to update
my windows, media player, sansa mp3 player and other things. When I
finally get to the download button and click on it, it says page cannot be
diplayed. I have currently not installed my virus protection software, so
I don't think it is that conflicting. Please help me!
