There is only F-Secure Client Security 7.11 (antivirus/spy+firewall and so
on) and it was running when Windows Search was installed.

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)? Were any of these applications running
in the background when you installed WinXP SP3 or Windows Search 4?

Every now and then Windows Search 4.0 restore indexing locations. That is
happened many times, and I am starting to be a little bit fed up. I have
added some folders I like to keep indexed, and it will keep those folders
indexed some time. But today again I noticed that indexing locations are
restored to original and my folders are not indexed. :(
Is this known bug or can I do something about it?
This is with Windows XP Pro SP3
