This morning (Sunday, 10/26/2008) when I got up and rebooted my 3
computers,
the 2 that are at SP2 say, correctly, that they are on Eastern
Daylight Time.
The one running SP3 says it is on Eastern Standard Time. All three
are
configured the same way - (GMT - 5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) and
Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes.
Is there a bug in the SP3 code? How can I fix this?
I believe this is expected behavior for the earlier *beta* version of
SP3. From Shashank Bansal:
"Our current plan is not to integrate the time zone package with SP3,
but instead release a new updated update to windows update. the new
package would be installable on SP3."
