File information

How can I print file data information in WinXP?

When I look at a file in Explore it shows me the name, date modified, date
created,etc and if right click I can choose other information to display.

I found a file I need for a court case and I need to be able to print these
things especially the date it was created.

Is there software or some other way that I can print all the file's metadata
to show to someone?
