That's where I'd start looking. And I would also speak to whomever else has
admin rights / works on the servers/domain.

What has changed since this last worked? Sounds like you may need to
talk to your fellow administrators.
Are your domain users perhaps limited to the computers they can log
into, in their ADUC properties?
