Well, how much Disk space your Aunt's have left on her Computer!
- How much RAM installed.
- Does this behavior just started or dragging from a long time and your
aunt's got fed up with it now?
Did you run disk clean up and Defrag in safe mode with a thorogh scan for
malware and viruses?
