In Office 2003 it's Tools|Customize|Options. In Office 2007 you'll
probably find the Customize box by clicking the Orb, and looking
around. (I don't have O2007 on this machine.)

Hi Tim,
In any of the MSO 2007 installations I've performed, none of them had the crippled menus like 2003. I don't know whether it picked up the preference from 2003 or not, but even clean installs don't have that as a default any longer. It took long enough...
