Right click an empty space on the Taskbar.inactive
Click "Properties in the popup menu.
Under "Taskbar" tab > "Notification Area", click the "Hide
icons" input check box to select it.column.
Click the "Customize" button.
Click any listed item to get a dropdown list in the "Behavior"
Change any items you wish to "Always hide, Always show or Hidewhen
inactive. When done making changes click Ok > Apply > Ok.
Appreciate your quik response. I did what you described above &
yes it did hide the icon. I would prefer being able to remove
the icon completely from the task bar. Any additional suggestions
??
