IE Start Navigation Sound Disappeared

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I'm using Windows XP, IE 7, and just the other day my "start nav" click sound
disappeared. I miss it, but when I try to restore it in settings, sounds,
etc., there is no "start navigation" option under IE anymore! what gives?
