That IP resolves to prolucid.com, a hosting service. It may be a
DNS registration issue or a problem with your ISP. You could
try using OpenDNS to be your resolver to see if that helps.

say that Internet Explorer is merely commenting on your taste in
music but you might
try dumping temp files.

Dumping the temp files how do I do that

Start Windows Explorer
Browse to your OS drive
Right click it
Click "Properties"
Click "Disk Cleanup"
Check what you want to dump.
