It used to open automatically with the correct program. I've fixed it, but
it still shows the file type as WER which it never did before. Any idea what
this type of file is? I've looked at my folders containing my pictures and
most of the .jpg files are now showing this as the file type when it used to
show another one before (can't remember which...one of my photosuite
programs). I just don't understand why it suddenly changed.

Recently, when I receive .jpg attachments from people and I try to open
them, I get an error message that says there is no association for the
file
type It shows the file type as WER. I've never seen this before and I
never had this problem in the past. The file extension of the attachment
is
.jpg. When I save the files to my folder, it also shows the description
under the type as WER. What is this type of file and any idea how to get
my
computer settings to treat these files as jpg's the way it did before?
