disabling the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security

has anyone come up with a way to disable the Internet Explorer
Enhanced Security through either a Global Policy GPO or by changing a
registry key which can be implemented as a custom GPO? If we want to
uninstall using ADD/REMOVE as suggested, I believe we will have to do
it through a machine script which I'm trying to avoid.
