I don't know since you forgot to tell us which "bootable ISO cd" you're
interested in making. In general, you burn an .iso as an image, not as a
data file and you need to use third-party burning software to do it.

Yes. Of course. I have been using Nero"make a bootable CD"
function. See above. Thank you.

Use Nero to "open" the .iso and burn it to CD.
Start Nero.
If the "New Compilation" dialog opens, then close it.
File | Open, and select your .iso file.
Insert a blank CD.
Click "Burn".

The .iso is an image of the files on a bootable CD, including all the
"boot stuff"
