Could you please provide more details? Is there a particular URL on the MS
web site where this happens or does it happen anywhere (i.e.,
http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx for example). If one particular
place, please provide the URL. What is the **exact** verbiage on the notice
that pops up?
