I deleted data surpassing the recycle bin. After trying different programs my
excel files which I am restoring are either not able to be opened at all or
open with some weird symbols in them even though according to the programs
they are in excellent condition to be recovered.
1. Do you know why they appear with these weird symbol and how can I fix
that if it is a matter of setting
2. Can you recommend a freeware which finally works or an inexpensive
recovery program
OS: Windows XP Tablet edition 2005
