Help with setting up a cd

I appreciate this may not be the right newsgroup, but if anyone can either help or point me in the right direction, thank you.

I have produced a CD with two items on it. The CD is set to autorun an html file. On the page that loads, there is a link to a website on the disk and another link to a program on the disk. but it wont work. I need to sort out the coding.

The Website link works fine, but I cannot work out the code, to get the other link to work, it is an .exe file which will run a programme. I want this to work directly from the link.

If anyone can assist in anayway or point me in the right direction, , I would be most grateful
