I am having a problem with my mouse locking up.I downloaded sp3 and that
was
a disaster. Couldn't get past the blue screen so I called a guy who got me
back to windows. Prior to d/l sp3, I d/l .Net framework 2.0 because the
manufactuer of the game I was playing said that could be the problem. That
just caused a loop to start that I had to keep canceling until it stopped.
I
removed that and the loop stopped but my mouse still freezes. I tried
putting
in the driver resource cd to see if I could get a diagnogstic. That came
back
with Batch File F:/ MSDOS batch missing. (not sure of exact message). Any
suggestions on how to remedy this problem? If I decide to try reinstalling
windows (Windows XP Media Edition SP2) is there a web site to tell me step
by
step?
