Thanks.. I'm a little nervous at that. I have a real old ibm'er pc. Can't
even get the a drive to work for a emergency disk, but at least it lights up
at boot. hehe
The other poster, below, gave some links, which I quickly looked at, was
kind of him, but of course don't understand a bit of it.
But you feel fairly confident is not a problem to delete?
Do you think these files in a sense representative of incoming email? That
addy, surely hasn't had 13, thousand incoming pms. At least I rather doubt
it. I did notice creation date was july 07, when may have been when I
updated to the newer msn, and created that addy for it.
Thanks again for your help,
take care,
casey

Appreciate your help! You can see with this number of files, that scanning
is impossible. Even tho the size it takes is small if 5 mb are small.
I doubt that you'd hurt anything if you merely deleted them. If you
are concerned about deleting them, first copy them to someplace else
(a flash drive?) and then delete them.

Hi!
Thanks for replying, but something is broke and due to those files, my scans
are only on those, and they are microsoft related, and are causing a problem
as scans can't get thru them all.
What folder/directory are they in?
Go to that, right click it and choose PROPERTIES
How many files does it show and how much space do they use.

Hi, there are files in my system, which must number close to 1000, and I
need help to know which microsoft forum to ask for help in how to get rid
of these.
I noticed them first when spyware scanner was scanning this area for about
an hour, that's how many there are.
Here is one of them and they all look the same, just different numbers.

If is related to windows live, I dont' know what that is, never downloaded
anything to do with it. Microsoft or hotmail said i had to have a
live.com
email so i got one and that was months back and since then, appears when
junk was tossed on system, though not sure.
Can someone direct me which forum to go to to get help with finding out
what
these files are and how to get rid of them?
I have maybe 15 people in my msn im for addresses and im just 3 or so
people
total. No clue if is related to above.
Thanks for your help!
