ShowMyPC.com is the by far the best and quickest way to provide support,
we have used all in our admin services.
I do not think others come close the zero install and feature rich
options in 'ShowMyPC.com - Instant Desktop Sharing and Access Remote PC
Free' (http://showmypc.com)
It has mac, linux and Windows option, we love those...
Commercial features are also within our startup reach.
