If is related to windows live, I dont' know what that is, never
downloaded anything to do with it. Microsoft or hotmail said i had
to have a live.com email so i got one and that was months back and
since then, appears when junk was tossed on system, though not sure.

Can someone direct me which forum to go to to get help with finding
out what these files are and how to get rid of them?

I have maybe 15 people in my msn im for addresses and im just 3 or so
people total. No clue if is related to above.
