Interesting Behavior after update to SP3 when restoring the Address Bar optioin in Taskbar

Hello,

I posted a question in the "Update" newsgroup requesting info on how to get
the address bar option back on the taskbar after the Windows XP SP3 update
eliminated it.

I received links to various sites that offer solutions to my query as well
as a polite notification that I posted to the wrong group.

The solutions offered were very helpful except for one slight hitch.

I could only get the address bar back in my profile which is an
administrator using any of the solutions.

None of the other accounts whether administrator or non-administrator could
repeat the same success as in my personal account.

I even uninstalled the service pack and restored the computer to the way it
was before which of course brought back the address bar everywhere.
I then reinstalled the service pack, and yet again only my profile could
restore the address bar.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Peace,
