To KbTag, What NIC card do your use? Have you checked with the NIC card vendor for a driver
update?
A lot of the wireless NIC cards are having problems with their monitoring software due to conflicts
with a new "dll" update included in SP3. I am not aware on any problems with wired NIC cards, but
the vendor may be. With the wireless NIC cards, turning off the monitoring software (use msconfig
or the software explorer tool in Windows Defender) removes the error message and the card connection
continues to work.
