HPIZ plus 450

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

After my motherboard died my hard drive was put into another PC (as a 2nd
drive, drive D). I transferred my files from the 2nd (D) drive to the
existing C drive. Now, whenever I open a file, I get the message "Please wait
while Windows configures HPIZ Plus 450" and indicates that it's trying to
download or open something. Then I get a message that it can't, I hit
"cancel," and the file opens. It is VERY frustrating to have to x out of two
pop boxes every time I want to open a file. I can't find anything on the
Microsoft site to tell me what HPIZ Plus 450 is.
