RE: KB articles for printing problems missing

So... when searching for KB948046 it now shows the European Union package and
not the IllegalOperatorSequence. When I search for "Excel
IllegalOperatorSequence" the only result is for the same problme, but ONLY
for on Vista and Server 2008.

We would really like to get this patch as it is affecting one of the higher
placed employees at this client.

I would appreciate any info, even if it is "you posted in the wrong place,
try over there" type of message.

Thank you,
Jason

Last week we were loking for a solution to a problem printing from Excel
where it would print an error page saying "IllegalOperatorSequence" and we
had requested the patch to fix it. We had not heard back and so we went to
request it again, but the KB article is not showing correctly

When searching for this KB article, the title shows as:
------------------------
Excel or Word cannot print multiple copies of a multipage document after you
install the .NET Framework 3.0 on a Windows Server 2003-based or Windows
XP-based computer
(948046) - Fixes an issue in which some Office applications cannot print
multiple copies of a multipage document by using a printer PCL version 6
printer. This occurs after you install the .NET Framework 3.0 on a Windows
Server 2003 or Windows XP-based computer.

However, when clicking on the link, it shows up as:
------------------------
A Word document is not printed as expected after you install the Windows
European Union Expansion Font pack in Windows Server 2003 or in Windows XP
------------------------

Last week we also had found a KB article having to do with a very slow print
rresponse when a network printer's UNC was longer than X characters, and have
not been able to find it again.

These were both on computers running WinXPsp2 and Office2003. Everything is
updated with Microsoft Updates to the most current High Priority Updates.
