OK, have a problem. Friends computer has something wrong with it, it reboots
even in safe mood before it can load XP. I can see the BSoD for about 1 sec.
, then it disappears. I can't get to the control panel since it won't boot,
so what can I do?

Restart the computer and hit the F8 key as if you want to go into Safe Mode.
When the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears, use the arrow keys to select
Disable automatic restart on system failure. Hopefully, this will make the blue
screen stay viewable so you can record the information.

Good luck
