Review your System/Application event logs. In many cases there will
be a Warning or Error logged when the system response degrades.

Click Start, Run ( Type ) EventVwr.Msc [Enter]
Expand each log and check the Right Pane for Yellow or Red entries
that denote warnings and errors.

Sometimes my PC just runs slow. Four out of five days / week, it's just
fine.
Then all of a sudden it is sluggish all day long and fine the next day.
Doesn't seem to have anything to do w/antivirus running cause it's not.
I've
installed Windows Defender and it says PC is running OK. AVG does not
detect
any viruses.

Is there any diagnostic software that I can use to just run PC check to
determine what is going on? Thanks in advance.
