Hi People
I hope someone is able to help. I was having problem with my laptop with
applications so i decided to format it and install Windows XP again, which i
have been able to do. Problem i am having is that i am not able to connect to
my wireless connection and the wizard is not helping.
Could someone please assist me with connecting my laptop to my wireless modem?
I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 and my wireless modem is Netgear

PS thanks for your help in advance.
How was Windows XP re-installed? If it was re-installed from the
Windows XP recovery partition on the hard drive or from a recovery
cdrom, then verify that wireless has been enabled in bios setup. If
this does not resolve the problem, then locate and/or download the
wireless modem drivers and install.
OTOH, if Windows XP was re-installed from its own cdrom, then make
sure that all of the required drivers have been installed from the
utility cdrom that came with the laptop.
