Nope. And your post is the only one found on gloogle with this 'message'. Could be any number of 'things' bringing up the message'.
Ask yourself:
1) Did I install any software recently [including updates] ?
2) Did *some THING* install itself unbeknownst to me [malware] ?
If the answer involves question #2, then scan the system for the presence of malware.
In either case, you can remove the entry from the startup axis via the System Configuration Tool.
Step 1: Start the System Configuration Utility
Click Start, click Run, type msconfig, and then click OK.
The System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.
Click the Startup tab
Locate the missing .dll and UNcheck the box next to it.
Click Apply, Close
Restart when prompted to.
If the answer to the question is 2, then scan the system for the presence of malware.
