That's because you are in Newsgroups, if you were reading your
email the Tools/Accounts would open on the Mail tab. You
should change your "Indent" character to a > rather than the |
character that you are using.

Printable has on your ability to read this thread?

It doesn't affect me, but it affects visually impaired people who use
text-to-speech software. Why are you being so stubborn? Aren't you
familiar with basic Netiquette?
