(1) You will need to post this to the Outlook newsgroups as posted by Robear
(2) Uninstall and get rid of McAfee and your issue will be solved.

Loaded pictures into my documents and than tried to send pictures to friends
and after selecting the pictures, sent to E-mail and kept them the same size.
Than a pop up appears from Microsaft Office Outlook stating "The Operation
Failed". Now I can restart the computer, pick the same pictures and send them
without any problems only if I select another batch of pictures we have to
restart the computer again and than it will send them. I have McAfee security
and a pop up comes up and indicates "e-mail connection lost" once you make
sure you are connected to the internet try sending them again. Never been
dis-connected from the internet. What can I do, this worked before we loaded
the pictures on 26 Apr 08.
