I have a lot of pictures that are in formats the Windows Explorer will not
show a thumbnail for (such as .EPS or .PSD), so I have created a .GIF of the
same name so you can see what it looks like. The name of the file usually
takes up two lines in Windows Explorer, but only the fist line is displayed
by default. Once you click on a thumbnail, then the full name (both lines)
are displayed.
Is there anyway to set Windows explorer to display the full name of a file
by default? This would result in fewer thumbnails being displayed, but that
is OK.
