Default Profile

I've read the Windows article on how to personalize a profile and to copy it
to the default profile (and how to use TweakUI and move my documents) but I'm
having a problem where the new users' documents are all being pointed to the
same folder. Like I made a user named "Jill" and customized it doing a right
click/move here + TweakUI for certain folders (like my documents) to the
D:\Documents and Settings\Jill\. Then did the copy profile to the default
users folder (while logged into another admin account). After that I created
a user named "Chris." I'd like his folders to be pointing to D:\Documents and
Settings\Chris\.. however, it's all pointing to \Jill\'s folders and I have
to manually reroute Chris's folders. So it's basically no different than
keeping the original default profile and manually altering every new user
created. Anyone know how to make it so it automatically creates and points to
the correct folders?
