If she has error number, all she has to do is give that and she should be
transferred directly to tech support. I always got a nice polite English
speaking person.

| these techs do not speak English clearly enough, and that is very
| flustrating, to say the least. Since I do not have physical contact with this
| computer, I will advise her to call the folks at MSN to help her. Thank you
