According to your previous posts, that is not cost effective.

Even with severe fragmentation, I would like to know how long it would
be after the second defrag before the system was back to the same
state of fragmentation as it was just after the first defrag.
There is no way to know that.
Of course there is.
1. Run a defrag.
2. Check the level of fragmentation. (Call this F00.)
3. Run another defrag.
4. Check the level of fragmentation (Call this F01.)
My bet is that F01 is insignificantly better than F00.
5. Use the system normally for 10 minutes.
6. Check the level of fragmentation (Call this F10m.)
7. Use the system normally for 1 hour.
8. Check the level of fragmentation (Call this F60m.)
9. Use the system normally for 1 day.
10. Check the level of fragmentation (Call this F1d.)
My bet is that F00 will be exceeded by F1d, probably by F60m, and
maybe by F10m, depending on the amount of activity.
Run a defrag analysis every month or so to check to see if it's
needed. Don't be obsessive about defragging. Follow the advice of
your defragger to see if you should do it.
Yep, good advice.
