Uninstall "Vista inspirat 2".

I am using XP sp2 .
I have installed Vista inspirat 2 .
My system worked for one day , after that, it is not starting.
It starts and stops at the start up process "windows is starting" and
showing only . blank screen with mouse pointer symbol. After
several boots it is showing message " keyboard not detected ".
But my keyboard is working with another computer properly.
But system even not starting to uninstall vista inspirat 2, how to
uninstall?
Try to boot into Safe Mode. If you can, then uninstall "Vista inspirat
2" (whatever that is) from there. If you can't uninstall it using
Add/Remove Programs (because some programs can't run the uninstaller in
Safe Mode), then use the System Configuration Utility to prevent "Vista
inspirat 2" from running at Startup. Then if you can get into Regular Mode
uninstall the program.
If that doesn't work but you can get into Safe Mode, you can try a System
Restore to a date before you installed this program.
If you can't get into Safe Mode because "Vista inspirat 2" (and I'm really
irritated that you didn't answer the question as to what this program is
and does because it makes it harder to help you) is a replacement for
Windows Explorer or otherwise tied to Explorer, you can try Safe Mode
Command Prompt and run System Restore from there.
If you can't get into Safe Mode/Safe Mode Command Prompt, then try Last
Known Good Configuration.
If none of those options work, back up your data first so it is safe by
either pulling the drive and slaving it in another machine or putting it in
a USB enclosure. Then first try a Repair Install. If no go, then you will
need to clean install Windows.
A. To get to the menu that will give you Safe Mode, Safe Mode Command
Prompt, and Last Known Good Configuration, repeatedly tap the F8 key as the
computer is starting up. Use your arrow key to select the desired option
since the mouse doesn't work here.
B. To use the System Configuration Utility:
Start>Run>msconfig [enter]
This brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and OK
out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do you'll
get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box that says in
effect, "don't bother me about this again".
Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop processes.
Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop any services
unless you really, really know what you're doing.

C. To run System Restore from the command prompt:
