Where do they appear, on the Start menu? [Left side, right side, All
Programs?]
Can you right-click and choose "Unpin from Start Menu", or "Remove from
This List"?
Does right-click show the name of the entry, or just "Open" and "Explore".
What options appear in the context (right-click) menu?
