Duplicate shortcuts or duplicate folder appear in the start menu

Can anyone help me with this problem.Now in my start menu appear all the
folders,like Start menu,ntuser,my documents,favorite , desktop,contacts and
application data, and windows don't led me to delete.How can I fix this ????
