sp3 rc2 blue screened my laptop

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Not sure if this is the right place for this but sp3 rc2 blue screened a hp
nx series laptop I have. a reinstall of xp fixed it. I can send log files or
whatever to whoever is interested.
