Normal priority application able freeze my PC
After latest patches normal priority application with dead loop like "for
(;;){}" able to freeze everything, even to call Task Manager over half hour
required.
XP Professional, russian(PC, A64-3000) + english(notebook ,Athlon mobile
2400). Latest patches installed.
Can I set default priority for Task Manager "over normal" or can you fix
something for 1 core machines?
