LOGON SCREEN changed (cant ascess guest acount)

ok here the thing..my laptop with windows xp changed the logon screen by
itself one day it had the nice looking blue one with my acount and the
guest acount showing...and now it has my wallpaper on the back with a
box that says username- password- and says only jorge(me) or and
administrator can unlock this computer... Everything on the computer
works properly but the fact that this new logon page doesn't give me the
option of using my guest acount..I personaly liked the old logonscreen
better and I really need to use the guest acount soo can someone help
me? please..thanx

Also the shut down box changed..it was the blue on whit the three color
bottons shutdown..etc... but now its a gray old version one...
